What types of PDFs can I upload?
Any PDF document including research papers, textbooks, legal documents, financial reports, and technical manuals. We support text, tables, formulas, and scanned documents with OCR.
How accurate are the answers?
Our AI retrieves relevant sections from your document and generates answers based on the actual content. Every answer includes page references so you can verify the information yourself.
What languages are supported?
We support 90+ languages for both document processing and Q&A. You can upload a document in one language and ask questions in another - the AI will bridge the gap.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your documents are encrypted at rest and transmitted over HTTPS. We never use your documents to train AI models. You can delete your documents and data at any time.
Can I use different AI models?
Yes. Depending on your plan, you can choose from GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini, Claude Sonnet, Gemini Pro, and more. Different models excel at different tasks.
What happens when I reach my plan limit?
You will be notified when approaching your limits. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more documents, questions, and storage space.
How does the page reference system work?
The AI identifies which pages contain relevant information and includes [Page X] references in its answers. Click any reference to jump directly to that page in the PDF viewer.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Your documents remain available on the free plan.
What is the maximum file size I can upload?
It depends on your plan. Free users can upload up to 10 MB, Starter up to 30 MB, Pro up to 100 MB, and Enterprise up to 200 MB per file.
Does Struence Doc work with scanned PDFs?
Yes. Our processing pipeline includes OCR (Optical Character Recognition) that can extract text from scanned documents and images within PDFs.
